Damon Dash!

There's this is the cute little coloured boy who comes over to our house on weekends to be babysat and he is just it! The cutest thing since sliced bread :) He'll run around the sandy front lawn and his energy just never seems to stop as my Papa Mokwena yells his name, Damon, at him and something in Afrikaans. He just be about 2 going on 3 years.

He calls me "Fifi" and will come and jump up to catch my door handle and bulldooze himself right into my room to come and hangout.

We'll often spend the weekend conversing in Afrikaans-English gibberish and there will always be lots of "sharrrrp!" We spent most of the Olympic swimming matches together with him sitting on my lap and me assisting with him learn to do freestyle or butterfly just like he could be the next Chad Le Clos superstar.

He's now been gone for a week and I desperately miss him! I hope he comes back for more baby sitting :)
